1. Service Desk Engineer

  • Minimum Skill Set

    • Experience in customer service (phone and face-to-face).
    • ITSM Foundation Certificate.
    • Basic knowledge of AD, Email, Network, Security, Microsoft 365, Computer hardware, Windows, VPN.
    • Familiarity with SharePoint, HR management, SAP ERP.
    • Understanding of ServiceNow (ITSM Module).
    • Experience in Level 1 technical support and troubleshooting Microsoft 365.
    • Experience supporting company tablets and smartphones.
    • Strong PC configuration knowledge.
    • Proficient communication in English.
  • Qualifications & Experience

    • Minimum 3 years in Service Desk.
    • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
    • ITSM Foundation Certificate.

2. IT Support Engineer

  • Minimum Skill Set

    • In-depth knowledge of hardware, software, AD, Network, Security, Microsoft 365, Windows, VPN, Windows Server.
    • Experience in IT asset management (hardware & software).
    • Proficient in endpoint security and maintenance.
    • Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of IT trends.
  • Qualifications & Experience

    • Minimum 5 years in IT support.
    • Microsoft 365, Active Directory, CCNA, ITSM Advanced Certificate.
    • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field

3. System Administration Engineer

  • Minimum Skill Set

    • Expertise in Microsoft 365, VMware, AD, Email Exchange.
    • Experience in Enterprise Collocation Systems, System architecture.
    • Management of PABX, CCTV, Access Control Systems.
    • Veritas and Veeam data platform for ransomware protection.
    • Strong knowledge of Server and Storage, RDS, SCCM.
    • Experience with Azure (VMware replication), DLP, System Security
  • Qualifications & Experience

    • Minimum 5 years in System Administration.
    • Microsoft Server Hybrid Administrator, VMware Certified, Microsoft 365 Enterprise Admin Expert.
    • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.

4. Network Engineer

  • Minimum Skill Set

    • Experience with LAN, WAN, network protocols.
    • Proficiency in troubleshooting LAN/WAN performance, connectivity.
    • Administering LAN/WAN security, antivirus, spam control.
    • Network architecture & implementation experience.
  • Qualifications & Experience

    • Minimum 5 years in Network Administration.
    • CCNP Routing & Switching, CCNA/CCNP Security.
    • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
